At Auri Nutrition, your satisfaction is our top priority. Below are the details regarding our return policy for first-time purchases, subscription orders, and damaged products.

 

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase of any Auri product, we’ll refund you in full, less shipping costs—no return required in most cases. This guarantee applies only to your first-time purchase of each product and is limited to one refund per product type per customer. Shipping, handling, and optional Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable. For orders of two or more units, unopened items may need to be returned to receive a refund, and in such cases, Auri will cover the return shipping. Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. If you choose to exchange your product, the money-back guarantee will no longer apply.

 

Recurring Subscription Orders

Recurring subscription orders are not eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee. For returns of recurring orders, the following conditions apply:

  1. Unopened Products Only: We can only accept returns for unopened products.

  2. Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on recurring orders.

  3. Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders, including both first purchases and subscription orders.


Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, don’t worry! You do not need to return the damaged product. Simply select the appropriate reason, and we will send you a replacement right away at no additional cost.
